SYNCTROPY provides readings drawn from astrology, numerology, tarot, the I-Ching, the Maya calendar and related traditions, interpreted with the help of artificial intelligence. The service is offered for entertainment, inspiration and personal reflection only.

Nothing in the readings is professional advice. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or any other kind of professional or regulated advice, and must not be relied upon as such. For any important decision, please consult a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for the choices you make.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SYNCTROPY. By using the service you confirm that you are.

Your account

You sign in with Google or email. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the accuracy of the birth information you provide (it is used to generate your chart). Do not use the service for anything unlawful or abusive.

Payments, plans and refunds

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and may add applicable taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Because readings are delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are handled case by case — contact us and we'll do our best to be fair.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific outcomes, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNCTROPY is not liable for any decision made or action taken based on a reading.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
